Meet some of our experienced Asia-Pacific team:

Edmund Wong, Managing Director

Mr. Wong has more than 30 years experience working in the water treatment industry—most recently, with GE Water and Process Technologies in the Zenon division, managing the Asia Region for eight years. He earned his Masters in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and today is responsible for the service and development of MECO’s business in the Asia-Pacific region.

Terry Matthews, Vice President of Sales

Mr. Matthews has worked in the water treatment industry for 33 years for companies like Eimco Process Equipment, Microsep Canada, Zenon Environmental, Hyflux Ltd. and GE Water and Process Technology. At the director level, he has been associated with the Water Environment Federation, Canadian Environmental Industry Assoc., and Ontario Pollution Control Equipment Assoc. Today, he works to develop business for MECO in the Asia Pacific region.

Kyaw Moe, Applications Engineer

Mr. Moe has worked in the Engineering Division at MECO since 2002, most recently in the capacity of Project Manager. Today, he works to develop and deliver solutions for MECO customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Wilson Tan, Sales Manager

Originally from Malaysia, Mr. Tan holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and was formerly employed by the Zenon division of GE Water. Today, Wilson serves as the Sales Manager for MECO serving Asia-Pacific clients from the Singapore headquarters.

Sumedha Loy, Office Manager

Ms. Loy serves as the Asia-Pacific Headquarters’ Office Manager, supporting the Asia-Pacific team.
