Seminar Fees

The registration fee indicated on the registration form includes course book, lunch and refreshments. Payments must be received prior to the date of the seminar. Attendance will be limited, therefore, to confirm your
attendance, please return the registration form as soon as possible. You may pay by check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or provide a Purchase Order number.
