Water Works is seeking a Senior Service Coordinator for our San Diego office. This position will be responsible for liaising and building trust with customers, servicing staff and contractors regarding any scope of on-site work and handling all customer requests. 

Responsibilities                                                              

  • Service Coordination and Scheduling
    • Coordinate and schedule service operations (using Service Management System).
    • Organize trips and site visits.
    • Assist in executing plans, policies, and projects.
  • Customer Interaction and Support
    • Liaise and build trust with customers, service staff, and contractors (Authorized Service Partners) regarding any scope of on-site work, including Health & Safety aspects.
    • Handle customer requests (phone calls, orders, etc.) and prepare simple quotations.
    • Handle escalated complaints from customers and drive to satisfactory conclusion.
  • Administrative and Logistics Tasks
    • Enter credit memos, returns, and warrant credits.
    • Coordinate return of defective material from customers, distributors, and service centers.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Takes lead in solving complex issues with customers
  • Ability to coach and mentor sr.-/ technicians and check quality of their work
  • Deep knowledge in specific products and applications
