Water Works is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our San Diego office.

Core Responsibilities                            

Enter customer information into Clientele                                  

Process orders

Answer and dispatch incoming calls

Fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

Develop customer trust and loyalty by providing timely and effective follow-up

Create Parts invoices

Prepare basic quotations

Other tasks as assigned, which may include order expediting

Education, Experience, and Technical Knowledge

High school diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of customer service support experience

Experience in a manufacturing and/or engineering environment, preferred

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry software

Experience in an ISO certified environment, preferred

Excellent business communication, time management and organizational skills
