The MECO Lube Lock Seal System (LLSS) greatly reduces the chance of leakage. It has been engineered to utilize straight thread O-ring connections on all joints instead tapered pipe thread connections. The use of replaceable O-Rings for sealing rather than the interference and challenges of formed threads provides a much tighter, more reliable, maintenance-free seal.

Systems can be disassembled and reassembled numerous times with no additional make-up required. And all existing equipment can be upgraded with this new system.

This upgrade significantly reduces the chance for leakage at the compressor's joints. Straight thread, O-ring connections per SAE J514 are utilized on all joints instead of standard tapered pipe thread connections. The SAE connections depend on simple, replaceable O-rings for sealing rather than the interference of perfectly formed threads. Systems can be disassembled and reassembled numerous times with no additional make-up required.
