MECO’s MASTERpak™ MICRO is a complete turnkey system designed for ultrapure water generation. The MASTERpak™ MICRO unifies loop operation and make-up operation into one simple system customized to your plant requirements. Our systems consistently produce water that exceeds global pharmacopeia standards including most lab water standards and can also meet Ambient Water for Injection (WFI) standards.

Sustainable Ultrapure Water Solutions

The MASTERpak™ MICRO is designed with sustainability in mind reducing environmental water and energy footprint, lowering OPEX cost for chemicals, water, electricity, and square footage, and reducing the risk of biological loop contamination and potential
product contamination.

The MECO MASTERpak™ MICRO can handle multiple loops with flows from 5–100gpm and can meet production demands up to 100gpm.
With MECO’s full range of on-site services, including service deionization tanks that are regenerated in a USP-dedicated plant, eliminating the risk of loop contamination from co-mixing resin with an industrial or water reuse application.
