MECO Welcomes New Regional Managers: Tyler Haywood & Steven Klutchka

MECO is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Haywood as Northeast Regional Manager and Steven Klutchka as West Coast Regional Manager. Both bring valuable industry experience to MECO’s sales team and will continue supporting customers in two of our most active regions. Their appointments reflect MECO’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and high-performance water solutions across North America.

Tyler Haywood, based in Massachusetts, brings a strong background in process engineering for biopharmaceutical facilities. He previously served at IPS – Integrated Project Services, where he held progressive roles in process design and utility systems. A graduate of Tufts University with a degree in chemical engineering and a minor in biotechnology, Tyler combines technical expertise with firsthand experience in system design and modeling. His role will focus on supporting customers across the Northeast U.S. and Canada, delivering MECO’s reliable and innovative solutions to the region’s leading biopharmaceutical facilities.

Steven Klutchka, based in San Diego, brings over 13 years of technical sales and account management experience. Most recently, he served as West Coast Regional Manager for Sentinel Process Systems, where he supported customers in the life sciences market with critical stainless process equipment and single-use technologies. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and is known for his customer-first approach and deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical market. His role will focus on supporting customers across the West Coast, delivering MECO’s reliable and innovative solutions to the region’s leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science facilities.

Tyler and Steven’s appointments reinforce MECO’s continued commitment to our customers in the Northeast and West Coast regions—ensuring they receive the same trusted expertise, responsiveness, and support they rely on to keep their critical water systems running strong.
