Shelley Compton Named Head of Operations for Grundfos Water Treatment Americas

In this leadership role, Shelley will oversee operations across the Water Treatment Americas organization, helping drive operational excellence, collaboration, and continued growth across the region.
Shelley brings extensive experience in operations leadership and a deep understanding of the water treatment industry. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and supporting customers in critical industries where reliability and quality matter most.
As part of the Grundfos Water Treatment platform, MECO continues to strengthen its capabilities across the water lifecycle—supporting pharmaceutical, industrial, and critical utility applications with innovative water treatment and purification solutions.
