MECO, a Grundfos company, acquires California-based Water Works to strengthen its ultrapure water treatment portfolio

MECO – a Grundfos Company and global market leader in Water for Injection – has acquired San Diego based Water Works, thereby strengthening its ultrapure water solutions to life science and biopharmaceutical customers.

“Water Works offers MECO a broader product portfolio with smaller capacity, high purity water systems and superior service capabilities in California. Water Works is a great addition to the team, and we look forward to supporting them in expanding their footprint in California and become the go-to partner for pharmaceuticals and life-science customers,” says Philippe Laval, VP, Water Treatment Solutions, Industry Division, Grundfos.
