Commissioning

Because it's Not as Simple as Just Flipping a Switch.

With our Commissioning service, MECO handles all the procedures of getting your equipment up and running at your plant.

This Service Includes:

Start Up

This first step of commissioning involves the following three processes:

  • Inspection - Visual review of the assembled unit. Includes system and physical checks.
  • Setting To Work - Starting up the system and evaluating initial performance.
  • Regulation & Adjustment - Shakedown, debug, set valves, balance flow, and related tasks.

Informal Testing

A checklist to show all components are properly calibrated and functioning correctly. Not an official IQ/OQ.

Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)

The official on-site test that documents all equipment is performing to industry standards and user requirements.

Training

A MECO technician visits your site to provide hands-on instruction on a specific machine.
